About Us

Our Mission

The J. Ross Firm is committed to making the world a better place, one case at a time. The firm was established by Jane O. Ross in 2003 in order to better serve the unique legal needs of the LGBT community in Arizona. The firm’s offices are located in the heart of Phoenix at the Chinese Cultural Center.

Jane holds a degree in Philosophy, from Oregon State University, as well as a Juris Doctorate degree in Law from the University of Iowa. Currently, she is working toward the completion of a PhD in Law and Social Science at Arizona State University. Jane is dedicated to the LGBT community and to advocating for the rights and dignity of the community.
